    I might have unpacke and assembled it, using the carrier to take the paper case to the recycling place, and to test it out!

    My Travoy flips a lot on my small bikes, seldom on big ones. how did yours fare?
    Roads in Texas are not as nice as yours but we have a nicer wall. May be hills with more side to side Trailer hitch motion. Nice to see the mount comes off easier as the old style interfered with seat post retraction

      Hi, my Travoy havent flipt over yet but I havent had time to use it so much so far. I will do more videos when Im using it but it has been a lot of extra work at work. and I have to do
      professional competence proof courses, on the weekends, to be allowed to drive a truck in commercial traffic. 35hours that must be redone every 5 years.

    I would like to know why. When you pickup a trailer you box it home. Instead of unboxing at the store and using it? Also sad that the Burley Travoy does not come inside it's own bag in V1.

    I will be interested to see how you get on with your Travoy - I love mine, but can’t bring myself to leave my Brompton outside when I go to the supermarket, so though it carries stuff really well, I still take the bike in with me. I got a qeedo.de cargo net for it and am glad I bought the Burley, it’s really useful!

    • @beachstart
      @beachstart 4 года назад +1

      I had the exact same tought :-) "How do you take your Brompten and Travoy together inside a shop or so?" One could pack the Brompton on the Travoy as long as it is empty. Or you can leave the Travoy locked outside and take the Brompton inside.

    • @amandaleigh3852

      BeachStart - Hi! I have tried to put the Brompton on the Travoy but it’s too big - the trailer accommodates the bike okay but it doesn’t leave much room for any shopping! I just fold both and put them in a trolley, and fill 2 bag-for-life carrier bags with my shopping, then set up the bike and trailer outside and put the bags of shopping in the cargo net of the trailer. Sounds a ‘mare, but it only takes a second and means I don’t get “separation anxiety” from the Brompton! 😁

      Amanda Leigh hi, I will use the travoy with my normal bike when i do big grocery shopping. I will never leave my brompton outside. The Brompton is perfect for smaller grocery shopping.🙂

      @@amandaleigh3852 Thanks for your experience. To use the shopping cart makes a lot of sence to me. In smaller shops, where you carry a basket, I thoght, wheeling the Brompto on the Travoy and carrying the shop-basket in the other hand would be the alternative - still leaving the task of repacking after unfolding. But everything is better than leaving the Brompton outside. "Seperation anxiety" is a bad thing ;-)

      @@daniel999999999999 In places. The city engineers should be made to ride bicycles over the roads they make and maintain. For example, they put bluestone strips (like cobblestones) at the entrance to side streets from main roads. Good one if you are in a car you just feel a slight vibration. Turning into the side street on a bike with 20 inch wheels you get shaken to bits.
