I cycle all year and in all weather, so I really can't understand why people use "winter" as an excuse for NOT cycling. I call them "butterflies", because you only see them when the sun shines.
Brrrr that looks cold. I like the design of these Burley Travoy. Folding especially. Thinking of buying one although I've seen a video that says they can tip if overloaded. I suppose if the goods you are carrying are not top-heavy then should be ok. But in UK there are still too many kerbs that need purposely designed bike-ways constructed (no kerbs). We have politicians who have spent years trying to encourage car driving, but not bikes and that really is a shame.
Hi, I love my Burley Travoy it takes so little space when folded. And easy to disconnect and roll into the store. I have not tip over it yet, Im trying to load heavy things low and avoiding potholes and curbs.🙂
I explain that at 2:47 in the video. Its too complicated even to get down from my apartment with a small elevator. I find it much more convenient just to use the Brompton as a shopping cart for smaller buying. And use the burley travoy trailer with my big bike that I can lock outside, for bigger buying. 🙂
I have been thinking on it🤔, but I really like to bike with own power. I sit still a lot on my work as a truck driver. So on my free time I like to exercise by bike. And to lover my environmental impact by not using a car for all short trips you can do with a bicycle instead. Most trips (within cities) about 80% is shorter than 5km.🙂
I love my Burley Travoy trailer and use it frequently. It must be why YT recommended your video to me.
I'm buying one in August! Excellent video 👍
nice video, appreciate your efforts of getting things done...!
Hang in there, keep your stick on the ice...
It should be possible to adjust the tightness of the reflectors on the support bar.

I’d’ve used a Brompton and Burley to go shop. Why didn’t you do that?

Wow Québec merci beaucoup
Which lock do you use at the rear for your helmet ?
It’s the bike frame lock (locks the rear wheel) that I’m using for the helmet too. Then I have the D-lock for locking the bike to the bike stand.🙂
I would have ordered it delivered or wait till a nicer day. Looks dangerous 😮
I bike all year round, I use the bike to lower air pollution + I get exercise.🙂
I have the older style Travoy. I have broken off both the reflectors!
Okej, yea they feel really fragile to bend on this new model too
Merci Canada M.T.L Québec love
