  • This powerful hypnosis session is designed to help you retrain your brain to help you regain social confidence and resolve social anxiety. And even if you do not suffer from social anxiety, this will help you build up even more confidence.

    In this hypnotherapy session, I use indirect suggestion for most of the relaxation process and give you choices along the way to ensure that you always regain a sense of control. The extended relaxation has subtle confidence builders throughout and gentle suggestions to help you start to rebuild a connection to your body, to then release tension. The breath relaxation sets you up for success and as breath relaxes, so does the mind and body too.
    As you go to a deeper relaxation level, I guide you through gentle release of any stored body trauma, any flight or freeze response trapped in your body.
    You are then guided into reframing confidence and rebuilding your own confidence.
    If there is any stored initial sensitizing event that triggered the social anxiety, you are guided to return and release this, watching the scene at a distance and changing the scene to one of empowerment, restoring your dignity and confidence.
    We then rehearse for future success as you watch yourself tomorrow moving, speaking, looking and feeling confident.
    Lastly I give you an anchor that you can call upon at any time should any residue of anxiety linger, however unlikely

    Thank you, I listened to this last night, and I woke up VERY motivated haha, like, I usually get outta bed 30min-1h after the clock rings, but today I literally cleaned the whole house as soon as I got up, and now boutta worrrrrrrk !!! ☺☺☺
    And there's also this other video of yours for Lucid Dreaming, and Dream Recall, just came to say they work really good, I remember more and more, and sometimes get to change things in the dream, it's so interesting !!! Even about my mood. Haven't had negative thoughts in a while. I really thank you so so soooo much, meditation really *does* make life so much better and captivating .... ☺ THANK YOU omg ☺♥♥♥
