Making gram dhal and tripe (bhoti) - a very traditional meal using sheep offal

Hi all
Today's recipe is one that is very traditional and was in fact one of my Mother in law's favourite meals. We got a small sheep tripe (bhoti) and decided to the make gram dhal and tripe curry. This is one meal we don't make often but enjoy when we do make it!

Yes this can be done - don't boil the pea dhal, just soak it.
