Wow I enjoyed this video thank you Mrs Devi, I never ever use basmatic rice because I can't find it in the briyani, but watching what you did makes alot of sense to me, so I will follow this method as basmatic rice is more digest able, thank you so much, I learn each time I watch you, and another point your salt you don't add immensely as well, in all recipes except chicken,
My pleasure 😊 Salt we always add to taste so we start of with a quantity that will be a good starting point and we try to adjust by adding salt until it is right to the taste. It's easier to add salt as you cook than to reduced the salt if there was too much added.
