We usually buy our pur from the store. We usually use fathimas. It’s important that all the pur is consistent because we sometimes sell samosas to people here in the neighborhood. But we can perhaps give it a shot in a future video.
Yes our mix does not have too much pure chillie powder or kashmiri chillie powder. It is the colour we prefer, if you like to have a redder curry use the pure chillie powder or kashmiri chillie powder in braising.

What chicken spice is being used
We normally use the Robertson's Chicken Spice. However we also buy a chicken spice from our local butcher. Both are very similar.
Can I use cream instead of coconut milk?
Yes you can do that. Coconut cream adds a lovely tropical flavour as well.

If a member is allergic to shell fish then by mixing the prawns and chicken they would still have an reaction?
Yes I think it would still cause a reaction. Especially if you use the shells to make a broth/stock like we did.
I will not make this delicious dish again for a crowd. All thats left is prawn flavored chicken curry! 😂
