I never thought I could love the idea of Christian rap when I overheard a friend talking about it, but when I heard Lecrae everything I knew about worship changed!
Looking at this now 14 years later, it’s such a blessing to witness God’s glory, and to see his blessings fulfilled beyond comprehension! Do you think of all the millions of people that God has reached through Lecrae’s music (IM ONE OF THEM) and you know that it all started with God planting that tiny seed within him & little by little, through trials & tribulations, nurturing its growth 💜💜💜

I love Lecrae. My life at one time was spiraling out of control, and the only thing to look at was sin and that deep pit of false hope. Music like Lil Wayne, Eminem, etc. with all that sinful praising, were all that my hears heard. When i found Lecrae, I thought wow, this guy is crazzyyyy, talking about Jesus? But I listened, found hope, and fell in love with Jesus. I'm proud to be called Jesus boy, for he is my savior. I hope I get to meet you one day Lecrae, Thank you so much for helping me:)

@Dasjia101 me too. Well partly 'cos most rap songs were violent and I couldnt rap along with some of their lines..........then in steps this man of God.......Lecrae. I mean his songs are like sermons.
