the way he thinks, he is a genius! the way he sees the table, the balls, the angles, the shots, only him can see it .. thats what "decades of experience" + "genius mind" can do .. there will never be another BATA, the feats! the shots! that he made? those are moments that will forever be remembered by pools fans, and by people who have seen it happen ..

We'll just wait for the release of their albums and get it converted to a Karaoke version and we'll be listening to better versions of it locally during fiesta's 😂

During my time studying in the Philippines, I have fond memories of my math teacher who happened to be a huge fan of Efren. Interestingly, our math lessons often incorporated references to Efren's shots, which ultimately sparked my love for billiards.😊😊❤

for me Efren is the greatest Filipino sportsman more than Pacquiao(not to discredit him). But growing up.. I would really wait for his match to be televised. Despite all the success he remained simple and humble. It takes strength and most importantly, intelligence to oull off the most complicated play any pool table would lay out.3

They didn't say how he has the attitude and mentality of a king. Like seriously most humble professional athlete ive ever met or have heard of if you go to a professional tournament and ask everyone who their favorite player is and its a overwhelming majority for Efren Reyes. And the Z shot eas even harder because it was double hill meaning whoever won that game won the entire tournament that makes everything ten times as hard. And tgat big 150k tournament he didn't get paid originally people surd the promoters and he told them that they can pay him when they can and didn't sue like all the American players did

Efren bata Magician Reyes . Stories people talk about him on pool halls. Like example 3 cushion billiards no pockets on a 6 x 12 snooker tables ( 61 points streak ) thats just unbelievable. He is the true legend of the Philippines 🇵🇭 from the 60 to now everyone knows him because of 9 ball pool billiards. Even in England he’s a legend, where billiards originated.

So funny. I remember setting up meeting times with my friends, like 10am for example. And you can be sure that's the time we leave the house, plus traffic...2 hours sounds about right. And it's funny they sent a Japanese coach since the Japanese are notoriously punctual - the unwritten rule is they arrive 5 minutes before the agreed time. Any time before that is rude (since they're not yet ready for you) and any time after that is late. Could have been a recipe for disaster, so props to coach for his patience. 😂😂😂
