Can’t wait to try this pendant. If I can master it, I might use it as my entry for this years western Idaho fair. I entered last year using the strip weaving tutorial from you and won 1st place in the wire wrapping division.
Whaaat! Congratulations!!! I am so honored you are entering with jewelry you're creating from my tutorials! How absolutely fun to hear you won 1st place last year, too! Go for it again! Please keep me updated. Your comment was so great to read!🙏❤️🥳
Really beautiful I was slightly disappointed that your beautiful weaving did not show much. Are you using the weaving primarily for strong support for the stone?
Thank you, Margaret! Yes, in this case, I did use the weaving mostly for support but if you extend the wires out a bit more, around the stone, then the weave would and could show more. Thank you for your lovely comment!
I am always concerned with elements lifting and I always make sure they don't...I'm sure I tied them down or hardened them via burnishing before I sold it too. ;) I teach in Membership how to direct design elements downward and harden them in a few videos, perhaps even in some of the Livestreams too. Thanks for watching! xoxo

R u concerned with the hammered decorative wires lifting up? Knowing clients that may not be as careful, possibly catching hair, etc.

What's the name of the stone??
Thanks, Mary, this is Brazilian Amethyst.
