Great video! Im installing this today and I found the back plate (one with the logo top left) didnt sit right. When i tightened the right 4 bolts it made the plate sit about 1/2' off the tailgate. Looking at other videos they include spacers but mine didnt come with any. Its almost like they sent me an old style back plate that required spacers but didnt throw any in the kit. Any advice? Thanks!

Mine sits flat without any spacers, It sounds like they sent you the wrong tire carrier. I think I would call them.
