Hey @stakuyi, i suggest you also try out the Hoi4 mod New Ways, it was just updated for the most recent by Blood alone, and has an unbelievable amount of focus tree's and alternate pathways for so many nations, even iran, the mod is focused more on World war 2, i do urge you to give this mod a shot, it's really great, Hell even the Generic focus tree is bigger then nearly any focus tree's in most other mods, can't wait to see you play it!
One smart thing to do is to tick "autoupgrade" as each time you get new frame, it already has basic design for free. Especially good for ships if you do something for your fleet, but for improved frame as well.
This exact scenario happened in a game I was playing as Titoist Yugoslavia, Germany failed hard, got pushed on all fronts, declared war on the soviets, endured for like a year, lost Italy, and then their army collapsed and hitler was assassinated. I pushed back from Yugoslavia and annexed Hungary and Austria. It was shockingly similar.
Hey stakuyi, when the game changes the model of your aircraft, you can go and change it back to whatever you want and as long as no changes to the vehicle are made, it’ll keep the new model. It sometimes does this with tanks too.
Anti tank is actually pretty strong on CAS. Not super worth it if you are investing in other things cost and research wise, but it does give the most damage so probably good on an air only build
There's irony in Göring, the leader of the Luftwaffe, taking charge after his planes got absolutely destroyed by the British XD I guess he hadn't anything to do anymore :p
When you did fighter command and got the bonus to research the 1940 fighter you could have just switched the research slot of the 1940 fighter to anything else and then switch it back the 1940 fighter. You would then use the bonus instead of it going to waste.
What about Germany or Soviet planes only? You could get puppets and things to get a frontline. In the Soviets case you could do the Trotsky line for the Soviet Onion
Just as a reminder, you could use 100% bonus for the fighter you are researching . Just click different research, and it has been 100% off plus the time you put into it
It's not super relevant. But there was a short you made regarding how you and your wife decided on your Daughter's name. I had already read "The Eye of the Word" and pretty much given up on the series. Honestly it's a kinda slow book. But that short gave me enough of a nudge to get back into WoT and it's phenomenal. I'm halfway through book 4 and it's incredible. Thank you
My favourite abuse is Heavy Bomber canada, with all the oil and such you get mid game, aside the rubber, you can get so much bombers and just crush the german economy so hard it's so funny

You should do Krigsåren mod for Sweden it's a historical developed mod for Sweden and no I'm not the mod creator but there are around like 6 paths a communist one and a monarchist one being unlocked after a civil war then a fascist one a democratic save Denmark and Norway path a viking path and a historical path it doesn't make Sweden overpowered as many mods do
weird, you didn't change trade law to get max research&output&construction before getting mobilisation law. (since you said 29% research since almost the beginning) Since you spent time playing (and filming), it is logical you won't restart fixing your initial mistakes to air research.
