Nothing better than capturing sounds from your environment. You can easily make tracks your own. there's a lot of construction around me great for Techno.

You're listening to the same sound in the end of the video and it sounds amazing lol I guess the video had to be short so she couldn't go on and high-pass it, compress it, etc.
First time I did this I had the idea by myself and I though I was a genius. This is the 3rd video I see on the matter. There's no such thing as new ideas anymore hahaha
I'm really struggling with trying to be a producer and i don't have that much of a background in music. And i'm buying a bunch of stuff that has to do with music and i have very little knowledge about it but i'm still trying. Can anybody help me in anyway that would be nice and i would be very grateful for your help. HELP!
@@zalvey1 I have an Akai mpk mini 2 octave keyboard already but i'm thinking about getting a keyboard with more octaves as soon as i get a job. Thank you for your help and i'm very grateful for your HELP. Thank you. Also, i just bought a book on making music using Abletons DAW. I have trouble just setting up my Keyboard to Abletons Daw. Thats how little i know and how much of a beginner i am. I was also going to try and use GarageBands Daw. Maybe i should just stick to one at a time.
I do not recommend this technique. By boosting an EQ band very heavily she's inducing artificial resonance, rather than bringing out actual sound from within the sample. Instead, I recommend looking at a frequency analyzer to see which frequencies are naturally there, and then boosting the nearest musical frequency and then changing the playback speed of the sample to bring the natural frequency content up or down to that boosted band. Next, tell the sampler that it's that frequency, then remove the boost and instead start doing more careful and slightly wider boosts to make sure you're not inducing any artificial ringing.
She speaks ableton very well. I love how this can bring people together from different cultures.
Wow she is a Kitchen Producer... Bedroom producers are not a thing anymore
Next level! ^__^
Ayako cooks.
Apartments in Japan can be quite small, so that's probably why all of her equipment is in the Kitchen.

I NEED that ending track. Was so good.
Ouh wow very interesting to see your workflow!
Very cool process. Getting outside is good for us. Thanks Ableton for introducing me to this artist!

This is such a great idea!
Haha I knew you would be on here.
Hello friend! 👋haha
Absolutely genius
brilliant... the final sound ends up a bit too noisy for me but the principle is great... loved the fridge in the back lol

That's almost exactly my workflow. Extra kudos for the Elektron gear!
YAAS! Love this, and can't wait to start experimenting with this as well, now that my Push 2 arrived today!
This was a great tip, thanks.

Do you happen to have any videos how to set up Live for a complete live set? :)

Neat trick
Very cool.
Hi I’m from Myanmar 🇲🇲
Does she have a full track with this recording? These sounds would make a really chill beat
0:33 spot Berlin
My push 2s dodgy knob does this effect for me 😂
I dont step japanese but i quiet understand everything i think thx
Why did she use 2 band filters in the same spot, one is narrow and the other is wide in the same eq filter?
salman b I’m assuming to get the exact shape/curve she wanted.
It's called "experimentation."
No subtitles?
There is subtitles on this via subtitle button/icon.
она на второй эквалайзер автоматизацию навесила, не пойму? или руками типа?
@The Tired Horizon не сообразил, спасибо, родной. рандомизация короч, теперь стало понятно

Holy crap 🙆 thats fucking genius!! Can't wait to try it in my sound design sessions💃😭🙌Thankyou!!
I saw this technique a few years ago, but I can't remember which channel it was on.
If you've watched Seed To Stage he does this too
May be ELPHNT's channel
@@HarshSingh-ie8ou I think you're right

@sp1878 What is an noob? Which DAW is good for a beginner? Thank you for your help.
@@silentbydeadly8661 it's nice to try out remaking sections of a song you like at first. Something simple with 4-5 audible sounds max

it doesn’t really matter if it works in context
I was thinking the same, the resonance pitch is from the filter oscillating, not from the sample itself. But somehow it works.
Why does ableton always highlight ambient type artist. I’ve never seen an ableton backed video with someone making popular music
it's always good to see new talent. a way to discover new music
Because its waaaaay more interesting to discover new ways of manipulating sound!
because other people / companies are already doing that
Oh, I was just kidding she's sorta cutie.
Well overated
Why do u have so many elektrons and sound like crap, give me one and I’ll show u how to make music!
