I haven't known about this band long but what a brilliant song and an obviously heartfelt tribute video to a former band member. Musically, there's a lot of 80s prog/power metal influence here but it's done with enough conviction to ensure that an 11-minute length doesn't seem as long, such is the fluency of the transitions of each part of this song. It's probably the best I've heard from Witherfall in all honesty.

I need to have both of your records soon! Recent discovery and definitely prog record of the year for me. I like when music have a darker edge not just technical abilities or happy prog songs

Only thing i can link to Metallica is the clean guitars being in the same key as the clean guitars in Metallica's One. Thousands of other bands have played in that key as well.
