I don’t understand these eso builds. They seem not practical as a new player. They all seem designed to just be high parsing. What are you supposed to do in day to day content where’s there’s lots of mobs instead of just a single boss?
@@LuckyGhostESO I saw the grappling hook. It looked like there was a spot where you like dashed over a gap without a grappling hook. I was super excited at first cause I was like there is a grappling hook in this game?!?!
how do i change this into a group build? my dps is around 55k-65k, but i cannot get any higher, i have everything gold and my trial gear. The only things i do not have on my build is the perfected gear and maelstrom staff.

I was looking over your dungeon gear set for this build and it says to get medium pants of Auroran’s Thunder set. I only see the set being all light. Was that just a typo or am I missing something?
Question for anyone who's smart at eso. So the new loot system I got a question. Does all set items have the same bonuses and armor stats ? And all.weapons have the same base damage ? And what if I get a set piece with the wrong trait and I bound it to my account now I can't get another one am I screwed or what
If you get a wrong trait you can change it at a transmute station( it can be found either in the clockwork city wich is a dlc or you can purchase the station as furnishing for your home for writ vouchers at a writ vendor that can be found at any of the three alliance capitals but usually your guild should have a transmute station assuming you are in a guild). Also I should point out that if you get the a set piece bound to your account you can still get it by farming even if you already have it bound. You can also sell it if you don't bind it to the account. Also for the other questions no, not all weapons and armour provide the same bonuses, only the ones from the same sets, with the same traits and enchantments and of course the same level.
I’m sorry could you please make a video on the rotation. I can’t seem to keep my magicka no where near as high as you and I have everything apart form deadly cloak I can’t seem to keep magicka up high enough so spam crystal frag. Even with HA on the staff I can’t keep it up getting avg 27k dps. Someone please help me out
do you have ghastly eyeybowl food on? are you using potions on cooldown? do you have your armor passives maxed out? race passives? all the passives :) champion points? these all improve your sustain, but food, potion and armor passives most of all
@@LuckyGhostESO yeah all the passive skills I wasn’t popping potions in between cool-down. Only CP rank 830. Thank you for replying as well. Am I casting crystals frags then swap for a mag wave then back to the spam able like once everything is up dots wise how am I supposed to keep spamming crystals frags and get that dps out.
Tried coming back to a normal build after heavy attack build and cant do it! This build is great but just to boring. Really dislike the combat in this game.
Haven't played since the 2nd expansion. 1. Reload game admire your level 91 sorcerer. 2. Proceed to reset skills and abilities with this guide. 3. Realize you still need some abilities according to this guide. Ok Start with searching for head gear. 4. Immediately head to the veteran dungeon cause you think you're a bad ass now, for new gear . 5. Die from a mob of bears, rinse and repeat. 6. Turn the game off and think about your strategy. Try again tomorrow.
its a good build, which means you don't need to heavy attack for resources when its all put together. It has enough sustain :) (you can heavy attack on the back bar if you need to, its a staff)
You say which skills to use but not where to get them and what the base ability is called so as a new player totally confused where these skills are i realise it's a morph and whatnot and can't even get them yet. So not very helpful this. I'd rather know what skills to take starting this build up rather than what the end result skills are. Not very helpful.
It's all the same crap, mag or stam it's pillar of nirn/ rele or depths and daggers. Hate this game right now being forced to use daggers on a mag toon with medium armour. Games ruined.... at least before we had a few meta sets now it's the same set different toon
None of the Skyrim world bosses can be killed solo. Literally no one. Idk who created them and how the idea of always-controlling bosses is good. Bye game, never gonna be back.

I farmed aurons thunder a few months ago for my sorc. As I planned to have mine go from mag to stam. Nice to see it being used in a build.

Can you make this work with a destruction staff instead of DW? If so, which staff and should I switch out something for WoE?

I think you misspoke. Daedric prey doesn’t explode twice but haunting curse does. Solid build though I will be trying it out.

I like everything but the daggers 😅 is there a double staff setup? Using daggers in a magicka build still is very weird 😅
yeah feel free to use fire staff instead! just replace deadly cloak with a dot of your choosing :)

It's a shame I'm on console, my back bar is always hidden behind an extra button. Makes every build much more difficult to master....

Can you help me? The bonus for the maelstorm staff is for two items of the set. The isn't any second item, so the bonus doesn't proc, right?
The malestrom staff is a two handed staff - it procs his bonuses just by putting it in your hand (kind of counts for 2 pieces)

Yeah i believe i upgraded my skills wrong man.. i chose crystal weapon instead of frags. Also , i chose curse instead of prey. Should i remake?
