The Storm-Cursed set from Shipwright’s Regret is extremely powerful for open world or dungeon activities, basically an additional shock AoE for every shock damage you do (which, in this case is your every tick of damage). So you get around 2500-4000 AoE damage without a cooldown after almost every attack
your class guides have inspired me to change my approach as i mainly play solo. i now focus more on class and fun builds rather than meta, which makes no sense in my case anyway. my last experiment was briarheart, swordsinger, slimecraw, onebar on my dk. it's a lot of fun

Also worth noting that a manual pet command was added at some point as well, so you can send the pets in before opening, or quickly redirect without using a heavy attack.

Back at GW2 the profession (aka class) specials from Woodenpotatoes were my prime go-to videos to understand how to really play my character as proposed by design, not by "press-this-buttons-or-stfu". Love your videos man! They are what really got me into the reading into how gear and skills and stats work. A lot of my characters are your builds with slight changes that work better for me. This video definitely makes me want to mess around with my Sorc whos been relegated to just doing writs for years now though, because even though I've been playing for 8 years I'm still learning.

How do you get such a long skill bar? I only have 5, and I have to switch over to my backup bar which is only 5. I see yours is so long is that only on computers? I play on Xbox.
Any recommended build for a solo mag sorc using a fire staff? :P or a good solo set / weapon at least. I tested out heavy attack lightning staff but it was very boring (for me). Even to my friend loved it.
I use sorc tank very often, I use encase all the time but it’s annoying how it only affects targets in front of you. if it was changed so it’s similar to DK Talons, so the immobilise is in a circle around you, I’d be sooo much happier
Hardened ward is so unfair lol. Ran brp solo on it at lvl 44 trying to hit cp during the witches festival double xp and had next to no issue surviving.
ESO is an embarrasing bugfest that ZOS doesnt care to fix as long as you keep shoveling money at them. This game is barely more than the failure fallout 76 was, and by the same people. Don't waste your money on this horrible game play guild wars instead

Maybe it's just because I've never played tank sorc, but I wish that rune prison and encase were just better skills
Rune prison is weaker than encase that's for sure you'd think it would be the better one

Holy crap thats crazy damage just from light/heavy attacks.. i just hit cp280 on my sorc and my light attacks dont even hit 3k lmao
