Hub Motor Hall sensor 43F replaced with 41F and it works perfectly at

Motor: 36V 350W Hub Motor for Electric cycle
We have checked with existing hall sensor, it's burned (43F Hall sensor) completely. We have opened motor and changed 43F with 41F.
It works perfectly !!

Hello sir i have a question
As we can see there are 4 hall sensors in hub motor 3 of them face neodium magnets around coil and 4th one faces the cap which you have removed on that cap a magnet is placed as i think it is for rpm count so the question rise here is can we do something to increase the rpm of motor by using big magnet to generate false signal.
