Frate am captor hall front motor burn e3 max galben si albastru care sunt shorted la priza de la de conector motor sunt shorted la voltmetru. Cele alte dau 1.2V cind învârt roata, și n-aș vrea să cumpăr 300€ un motor nou cind se poate face ceva ca are 50km motorul(controler A este de schimbat si el) ce referință pot să cumpăr ? Pot să-ți trimit motorul ? Poate fi numai cablul de motor care nu este bun? Chiar mi-a ars și 300x-ul și dădea eroare la accelerator, n-am lumini (totul a fost schimbat : controlori, mâin wire, display-ul,2nd wire) cred ca vine de la chestia aia care da semnalul de pe ghidon sa semnalezi direcția. Eu stau în FR cum putem face ?

Since I first saw this video I have learnt a few things worth noticing.
As seen here the middle Hall is colour coded differently due to it responding inversely to the magnetic fields creating and inverse pulse reponse. Not all motor do this as some clearly has 3 identical Halls. I guess it depends on controller needs. Anyway I also found a Hall-board in one of my motors where the manufacturer had simply turned the middle Hall sensor 180degrees around in order to achieve the inverse function using identical Halls. This method I adopted in one case and it worked well. All I had to do was to grind of some of the edges of the Hall to make it fit in the middle slot. The pcb in this case also had the pin configuration reversed for the middle Hall. For a pcb where you are replacing an inverse middle Hall with a standard Hall you can simply insulate the legs and carfully twist it 180 dgr after soldering or use small wires to the boards. The Halls are bipolar tyoe and if you search "Hall s41" you will find what you need. The inverse ones are harder to find but on ebay you can look for pcb Hall boards prefitted with Halls and you will find inverse middle and standard versions. Also remeber when testing your controller the stator must sit in the hub or you have to activate one of the magnets with a Hall for controller to accept without error code. Good luck.

I have a hard time trusting the displayed battery level on my 10x. It never gradually decreases. For example, while I’m actively riding the percentage will sit at some number (lets says 79%) and after maybe 10 minutes it will update and display another number (let’s say 65%). Is there anything I can do or buy to get more consistent reading updates? Or real-time percentage levels?

Nice job. Just prepping to do the same on a similar motor soon. But I got the halls prefitted on a tiny curved board as I could not find them loose as described here. Anyway the board only holds the sensors and has no other function/components.👍🇧🇻

They were dead. You can't get more power by replacing them
