I don't see anything about how to find the ESN or SID number for Sirius XM Radio. The SiriusXM app also says to tune to channel 0 but mine only goes to channel 1 at the lowest.
I have 2013 Infiniti G37x sedan with premium and navigation packages that include Bose audio. But I do not have BOSE Centerpoint and surround effect settings in the menu. I only have driver's audio stage. Why is that?

Took my car to the dealer. He said you find channel 0 by turning the radio tuner knob. The End!

How can I reset my Radio after a battery disconnect? Call dealership? I tried pumping the brakes/waiting 7 sec and nothing has worked yet.
