OMG she speaks with so much poise and intergrity. I loved Coretta. She was truly a drum major for justice.
She was actually superior to MLK in political articulation if you read their history.
Yes she was very polite very educated very admirable
Beautiful, Intelligent, Graceful, Class act! Well spoken, could hold her own against these Ol Fays😊
Coretta, was a brilliant, smart, courage, definitely great woman, she giving more respect as a incredible lady. She was First 🥇 lady civil rights!
She was so beautiful RIP Mrs.King
For some reason her beauty reminds me of Whitney Houston 😊
Yeah I see it to your right she does look like her RIP to both.
I am so impressed with Mrs.King, her intelligence, her tact, her beautiful voice. I will thank my friend who recommended that I watch her interview.

Having to deal w/ loss of husband no doubt she was still probably shaking from that so gotta appreciate her making this appearance and moving fwd
She was beautiful... ❤
2:52, Two American treasures who did so much to make our country a better place for all Americans. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Mrs. Coretta Scott King.
Oooh my God what an intelligent woman
Is it me or am i the only one irritated by how far away she's sitting from the journalists asking her questions ⁉️⁉️ The set up looks as if shes testifying at a trail! Im disgusted! But her poise and presence overshadows all that!
That was the format of such shows as "Face The Nation" in those days. You'll see the same setup in interviews with other guests on that show from this period.
I love Mrs. King like I knew her.
May she rest in eternal peace
Do not interrupt my 💜Mom🙏🏼 again, four eyes.
This was great. I never heard her speak before.
Voiceover by Roger Forster; the "This program was recorded" at the end sounded like Wally King.
Very well spoken Mrs King ❤😊
This is amazing! Her 1969 description of the vision for the MLK Center is exactly what it became. I’ve been to the center twice in the last 5 years.
She wasn't MLK's first choice but she was his "best" choice...Beautiful...graceful...elegant...intelligent...phenomenal...strong...
No She Wasn't Daddy's King's First Choice For His Son, Martin Luther King, jr Chose Her, Where He Meet Her In Boston, She Was Studying Music And Wanted To Become A Singer. She Did Have A Beautiful Voice And Was Also A Pianist
Mrs. Coretta Scott King's awesomely intelligent, beautiful, speaking with so much honor, integrity, and grace. R.I.P.❤❤
Time capsule 😊
I remember being seated next to her on an Amtrak train and the conductor asked her, did she want me to move and she said no ❤

She Held her Own against the 3 Old men with Small Nuts!!!
Yes
To hear their question long on the need, priority of preserving things in Atlanta is cringy especially seeing what the King Center is today.
What is it today?
I HAVE THE RED,
THATS IT
@19:12--The nation had already been polarized from slavery times to Jim Crow/Segregation at the time she did this interview!!
@24:06--Was George Herman kidding?!
We have ALWAYS had a hard time in this country despite the meager gains of our community! ONLY WE would know!!
