  • So why would you want 52 volts and 20 amp hours on the Super73 Z1? Well basically that means a massive 1,040 watt hours which is good for about 50+ miles of range depending on weight and terrain. Since our upgraded controller can theoretically handle up to 60 volts, using Brick Lithium's 52v 20ah battery shouldn't be an issue. #super73 #super73z1 #ebike

  • @BillReinhardt
    @BillReinhardt 3 года назад +3

    I wonder if a higher capacity controller would help with the heat issues? Aliexpress has some, I'll try to link it and hopefully YT doesn't delete it. They appear to use the same screen and connectors as well. Main concern is with the increased amperage: could mean that the controller has better heat management, but could also kill the motor quick? These controllers do allow a power reduction in the settings, which may offset the amp bump while maintaining heat management benefits.

    • @RunPlayBack
      @RunPlayBack  3 года назад

      Hey Bill! Yeah please link me if u find a better controller. I'm happy to be the guinea pig to test it out. I have all the same concerns with this current controller and motor. I'm trying my best to retain as much of the Z1 as possible without replacing the motor.
