this is exactly what i needed. I haven’t eaten in 3 days and going thru withdrawal symptoms trying to get sober. I feel at peace and back to somewhat normal finally

I've begun my spiritual journey recently after experiencing some sort of awakening. This meditation is so beautiful.. I've been in therapy for 7 months now and been slowly healing from past trauma (I have PTSD). I'm very thankful for this mediation in particular, as I continue to heal my mind

My eyes have been straining, there's no sunlight coming in my apartment but due to lockdown in my area I can't go out, so I can't even have sunlight to heal my body. I am healing some oral health problems I've had for some time now. I do oil pulling, cold showers and other holistic health practices but I feel this is just as important to do every day. I have an immune condition that sometimes makes me feel nauseous and weak. It doesn’t often affect me, but this morning I found that I could barely get out of bed; I hurt so badly and was very nauseous. This is the first time I’ve listened to any of your videos, but I found this and followed up with the shorter chakra video and I feel so much better. I firmly believe in using holistic methods as much as possible and your soothing, kind voice along with breathing, tensing and relaxing has helped so much this morning. I feel like I can greet the sunshine now. Thank you for helping to make it better. Looking forward to checking out all of your meditations.

Greetings I was diagnosed with cancer 2 months ago and have been listening to this video , each day and today laying on lounge chair of my back deck at the end of video when Jess said you are now perfect health it is done ! I had a angel offering me what appeared to be a antique jewelry bracelet box ! I was some what dozing and reached out for it ! Early morning I get up to do meditation so that I feel inner peace, from last few weeks it was going good but today I was not able to concentrate still I completed my prayers n started crying, I don’t know what going on why I am crying crying n crying.Going through ma twin soul journey spiritual awakening everywhere watching synchronicities of numbers n Mirroring numbers .thank u from the bottom of heart .
