Sorry to hear about the gut rot. Get better soon. Re: the noise, it doesn't look like you replaced the chain lately, but when I had a similar noise it turned out I'd put the chain through the derailleur slightly wrong: the chain went over a small tab where it should have gone under. It sawed through some of the alloy tab before I realized what was going on. Something to be aware of when changing chains at least?

Glad to hear your getting you're energy back. I would agree with adding more sealant. That's been my solution on more than one occasion

Feel better soon! I had a similar issue with the vittoria terreno dry & wtb riddlers. The small knobby tires matter a lot in terms of how they're spaced re: rolling resistance. I've since switched to rene herse barlow pass (38mm) on a bike I no longer own and the bon jon pass (35mm) on my current road bike. They have the file tread design and have been terrific.

Hey Matt, most likely is your tubeless valve at the base, inside the wheels. That rubber edge that goes into the wheel valve hole tends to unglue from the metal tube. In other words, check the valve and replace it. Happen to me already on my Wolven’s

Re the clunk it's got to be something significant given that noise. For noises at the rear I always start by a thorough clean of the chain+drivetrain just in case. It seems like a rear derailleur alignment issue. Recover well. And, let's ride someday.

Yeah, that it is making that sound on two different cassettes makes me think it’s the chain… and it is showing as being worn based on the tool… but it sounds fine in the middle of the stack… yep, ride for sure!!! As soon as I stop crapping myself!! 😂😂
