This is the 3rd video essay in my 'Finding Faith in Films' series detailing works of cinema which touch on moral, spiritual and psychological issues. The Green Knight stars Dev Patel as Sir Gaiwan, who sets out on a journey to find confront the Green Knight. His moral will is tested, as is his own sense of self, what does he hope to gain from this? What are his values? Can a single act bring the honor and courage he is looking for? And most presciently, what does it mean to be a good man?
