Bro I been going live and my videos still do shit. Prolly because I’m not using trending sounds but everyone I’m talking to says I’m doing the right thing. Also been hearing tik tok changed the algorithm and it may never be the same again. Thoughts?
@@iamzakg So, I just ran thru a bunch of ur videos. Couple notes:
1) majority feel like self promo. Obviously the goal is to promote, but people hate the feeling of being sold to. This video in specific felt so genuine and engaging (as someone who doesnt watch inspo content), and you plugged urself without making it feel like promo, so I would do more like this and see what happens. vm.tiktok.com/ZMFnDQG3P/
2) some of ur videos have some inconsistencies with audio. Mostly just volume being quieter, louder, etc. so make sure audio is constantly bold and exciting.
3) yes, popular sounds are an absolute must. Simply adding it in the bg and muting it should help a lot.
4) another little sauce for you; if you reply to comments on ur biggest videos with your newest videos, it can also help.
The algo changes a lot, the days of instant vitality are over but doesnt mean your videos can't do well. Just make sure you constantly put out quality. My biggest video had like 8k views and 2 weeks later it exploded. Stay consistent, I wish you luck !!

I’ve been posting on tiktok for a while now and I know one of my biggest issues is consistency, but most of the time I struggle on both what content to post and how to record it cause I feel like most of my content looks amateur
follow other viral video scripts BUT IN YOUR OWN UNIQUE WAY + content has to look like something that would go viral on tiktok/good quality (ask yourself would you realistically see this on your fyp and like it as an engaged viewer, or do you just hope to blow up because its your post

It's true I had added you to a playlist of 136 videos on Tik-Tok tips. And subconsciously it was your goggles, that stood out in the playlist and you are somewhere near the middle bottom of the playlist. I listen to you first. So you're right about that. I'm glad I did very good info.
You just have to keep posting consistently 2-3 times a day and learn as you go how to make content that works on the platform and once you find something that works you triple down on that

More people speak english worldwide, but tiktok does begin by pushing videos in your local area (both country and current city), so whatever is spoken most near you. Another option is to install a VPN, connect to US servers and post at a good time for them with english videos.

Not to my knowledge, I usually like all of my own stuff it seems to have no effects. Maybe going on a bunch of different accounts and liking your stuff would damage it, but just the account you're posting on should be fine.

Honestly, IG Reels & RUclips Shorts are tough to predict as they aren't exactly the same. One thing I've heard is that filming everything outside of the apps and editing them in a 3rd party software can help these platforms. Some say there is metadata that is stored on versions created in-app so other platforms won't push you if they see that. Also, I would NOT post every day on either. It seems the more consistent you are, the more inconsistent the views become.

Do you think promoting videos affect how well the videos will do without it?
This is a good question. Personally, I don't really like the idea of using "Promote" on TikTok or IG because I have a fear that 1) the overall account engagement of the account will go down and be bad for the algorithm on your video, and 2) if you pay once, I feel like it's similar to IG where they make your engagement significantly lower so you're essentially forced to pay each time to reach more people regardless of the quality of the post.
If you want to pay to promote, I suggest making another account that you can test it on and keep separate from your main account.
