- In this video I'll show you how to sew custom cording onto your cross stitch pillow finishes.
Supplies I use:
DMC Floss
Kreinik Custom Corder
A number of needlework shops sell corders. My suggestion is to do a Google search to find where they are available.
The chart that I'm finishing is The Cookie Exchange by Hands on Design. It is available as a PDF download on the Hands on Design website: handsondesign....
My email is eastcoast.crafter.me@gmail.com

Hi Helen. Thank you so much for this tutorial!!! You do such a great job not only explaining how to do it, but your close ups are the best. Thank you Jacqueline! I always worry that you can't see what I'm doing or my hands are in the way, so it's nice to hear that they're ok!

Thanks Helen for another great tutorial! I love your filled sugar cookies. Is that your own design? Would you be able to share the decorated sugar cookie design? I believe the original pattern was unfilled. I missed the cookie exchange last year but would love to stitch it.
The chart is now available as a PDF on the Hands on Design website. Yes, I filled in the cookies. I posted a picture on my Instagram page yesterday where it's easier to see what I did. The beads on the tree are completely random.
