Outcomes, Not Time

Regarding the story: okay, that second line item probably wasn’t written like that.. But you get the idea.
Pay for outcomes, not time. It takes time for someone to learn how and when to turn a screw at the right time to fix a problem. Practitioners like us who put in the time to do so are able to save you yours.
Remember: time is the only non-renewable resource we have. Don’t squander it by thinking more time is better.
Cheaper is not better; better is better. More time spent to fix a problem isn’t better; better is better.
