    Life insurance is so underrated. I love using mine to do real estate deals and self financing where I can. Having access to the funds is amazing. A 401k only rewards you when you are 57. I don't want to wait that long. :)

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  5 месяцев назад

      I don't normally recommend an IUL for anyone over 65 but it depends on what you are looking to accomplish. Life insurance gets more expensive the older you are. As far as being too late, it depends on how much you can contribute, for how long and how much income you require in retirement,

    How is there a cap and limit and NOT investing in the index...? Is it option derivatives?

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  Год назад

      An IUL is all about the index, how it performs and what it guarantees. The index I use is a proprietary index to Securian/Minnesota Life. It is a volatility control index that is rebalanced at the end of every business day. It is uncapped and performs so well that it has two participation rates (115% and 210%). Watch my video IUL on Steroids to learn more.

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  3 года назад +2

      It all depends on how much you contribute annually, your health and a lot of other things. I would suggest you fill out the application and we can go from there. The more details the better. If your annual salary is at least $100,000, you could qualify for Kai-Zen where a lender will match your 5 annual contribution 3:1. It's an IUL on steroids. Here's the link to the application: form.typeform.com/to/SNfW1IBA. • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  Год назад

      For an adult, $100,000 is the lowest a carrier will go for an adult. My rule of thumb is if your annual premium is $6,000 or below, your initial death benefit should be right at or around $100,000

    MS WEALTH... I LIKE YOUR TEACHING AND THANK YOU FOR EDUCATING THE CLIENTS AND AS WELL THE AGENTS. THE BAD IS WHY YOU KEEP ON PUTTING AGENTS IN GENERAL THAT THERE SO MANY AGENTS THAT ARE RIPPING OFF THE CLIENTS. I DONT AGREE BECASUE WE AGENTS ARE ALSO BEING TRAINED TIME AND AGAIN. HOW DO YOU TREAT YOUR AGENTS ANYWAY? AGENTS DO THE BEST FOR THE CLIENTS. COMMISSION IS A SALARY AND ALSO WE ARE ON A MISSION TO HELP AND SERVE, BUT NOT ON A COMMISION. PLEASE DONT CONFUSE THE VIEWERS SPECIALLY THE CLIENTS THAT HAS NO IDEA WHAT INSURANCE IS ALL ABOUT. ONLY TRAINED AGENTS CAN EDUCATE THEM NOT FOR A SHORT WHILE BUT WITH FAITH AND TRUST TO THE AGENTS.
    IF YOU WANT TO HAVE MORE CLIENTS ITS YOUR GOAL BUT DONT STEP ON THE AGENTS ABILITY.
    REMEMBER, ALL AGENTS ARE LICENSE, THEY ARE NOT SELLING COMMODITIES THAT IS WHY WE CALL THEM ALL PROFESSIONALS. RESPECT THEIR ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGES..STUPIDITY IS NOT IN OUR BRAIN BUT HONESTY ONLY.
    MR. D. ANDREW AND SOME OTHERS, JUST SPREAD THEIR MESSAGES JUST TO EDUCATE PEOPLE BUT NOT ACCUSING AGENTS FOR BEING DUMMED. IF THIS IS FOR YOUR OWN BENEFITS AND REROUTE CLIENTS TO YOU THRU THIS. I THINK ITS THE DUMMED WAY TO ATTRACT PEOPLE.
    I STAND FOR ALL THE AGENTS.. COMMISSION IS NOT OUR PRIORITY, OUR MISSION, WE SERVE AND HELP.

    What if someone wins the lotto how would structure that with the iul

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  Год назад

      Hi, Randy! Hopefully, if you win the lotto, you'll choose the annuity option, but if not, you can put a lump sum into an IUL using the Premium Deposit Account. You would have to break up that lump sum into between 3-11 years. Your first year's premium would come out and the rest of the lump sum would sit in the Premium Deposit Account earning something like 4.25% -4.5% interest and then every year's premium would be paid from that.

      Excellent question!!! Actually, I actually did a video entitled "To MEC or not to MEC" but haven't uploaded it yet. They aren't for everyone, but they can be useful for those who have huge sums of cash, want to grow a fortune protected from market losses and aren't worried about taxes. If I had a choice of an IRA or 401k or an uncapped MEC, I would go for the MEC any day.

      Not sure exactly what the question is but you want to have an increasing death benefit while you are putting in a premium even though it is a little bit more expensive than the level death benefit option, but the level db option limits how much of your premium can go into the index. Once you are not putting in a premium anymore, you switch the the level db option because it is less expensive.
