    Is Kai-Zen good for middle class people

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  8 месяцев назад

      I don't sell much Kai-Zen for two reasons -- depending on your age the lowest annual premium is around $30,000, but mostly it's because you do not have access to your money for 15 years because it takes that long to pay the lenders back.

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  Год назад

      The high interest rate environment doesn't affect the performance of the index. I don't sell much Kai-Zen because you don't have access to your money for 15 years!

    Good Morning ! Thank you so much for this explanation and your other very helpful videos as well. I have scratched the surface of IUL but would love to dive deeper, both personally, and for potential clients. Would you mind a 10 minute call to point me in the right direction? Thank you very much. What is the best way to get a hold of you? Have a great day.

    • @WealthProtectionLady

      My recommendation is to just do your research so you TRULY understand the ins and outs of IULs. Nothing i can tell you in a 10-minute phone call. It just takes a lot of time to research.

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  Год назад

      Hi, Michael! I don't sell much Kai-Zen because you don't have access to your money for 15 years! That's the big downside.

    • @ianvogelmedia
      @ianvogelmedia 6 месяцев назад +2

      This is an incredibly risky strategy that should only be considered by high net worth individuals. Please do a lot of research before investing in one of these policies!

  • @candicecrawford1775
    @candicecrawford1775 Год назад +1

    Is this still available, if so is there a minimum start up policy?

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  Год назад +2

      I don't sell much Kai-Zen because the minimum annual premium is around $30,000 depending on your age but mostly it's because you cannot touch your money for 15 years. That is how long it takes to pay the lenders back for their matching contributions.

    FINE PRINT in Kai-Zen video "It is possible that coverage will expire when either no premiums are paid following the initial premium or subsequent premiums are insufficient to continue coverage" This is planet Earth and things can happen. If you no longer able to make your contribution premiums is there any way to be protected by this?

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  2 года назад

      If you can't make a payment, they will call your loan. I don't necessarily recommend Kai-Zen because you do not have access to your money for 15 years whereas with a "regular" IUL you have access immediately. There are some carriers that make you wait a year.

    • @RoseNegrete
      @RoseNegrete 2 года назад +1

    This sounds a bit too good to be true

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  2 года назад +2

      Yes, it does, but it's not for everyone. Besides the fact that only those whose annual income is at least $100,000 qualify, the lowest annual premium for 5 years is $21,350 and you can't touch your money for 15 years.

  • @ianvogelmedia

    • @WealthProtectionLady
      @WealthProtectionLady  6 месяцев назад

      There is no risk. It's an IUL with financing. You can never lose money. However, I don't recommend Kai-Zen for most people mostly because you cannot touch your money for 15 years.

    • @ianvogelmedia
      @ianvogelmedia 6 месяцев назад

      No risk? What happens to the cash value of a highly leveraged IUL on years where the market is down?@@WealthProtectionLady

    • @themillennialwealthcreator
      @themillennialwealthcreator 6 месяцев назад

      @@WealthProtectionLady I'm sorry but are you serious? You're really telling people they can NEVER lose money? I wonder how many legal, company compliance, and ethics violations that one statement breaks. While I'm definitely not a fan of IUL, I wouldn't say to never buy one as long as you understand what you're putting your money into, which most people do not. And the reason they don't is because agents like you tell them they can never lose money and don't explain all of the things that can be changed and all the things that can go wrong with the policy. If you did, they likely wouldn't buy the policy. So, sell IUL if you want, but stop lying to people by telling them they can never lose money and that there's no risk in order to do it. Unbelievable.
