You won't notice the slight mistake if you do the other side and then plane the mistake away. Nice work! epoxy is on my list for testing soon.

Mistakes SUCKS...However, as long as we learn from them we'll always be improving and getting better. My last carve of the fallen soldier Silhouette didn't go as planned when the base plate broke💩🤬 but just like you I preserved and finished the creation. I love making things!

Always run a test on a scrap board.
I would like to se a "save"! Is it possible to make a cool save if you take the router. Make a inlay there the miss is, the first letter. Or maybe the first word? And then laser away, writing just the inlay? Does it pop out like "wow or "noway"...
However, its nice to see that even the pro's make mistakes! 😜 Thank's for a good show!
So....I might have been able to save it. Before my father in law mistook it for a cutting board and marred the shit out of it! LOL

Hey brotha! Hope all is well. The trick with mixing of the two parts is a practice all in its own! It took me a while to figure it out but you’re on the right path. What I found is that separating the mixed epoxy into smaller containers is key so that the chemical reaction happens more slowly so that you can get that thick honey consistency while still being able to pour swirl and level. Hope this makes sense. How’s the channel coming along these days?

Mistakes - my one and only resin project, large circular table top of beer bottle caps. Designed carefully and lots with specific memories. Bolloxed the resin temp (I think) Whole thing is cloudy 😞 😞 😞

You used the wrong epoxy... only use Leggari .. plus a week is 6 days too long with Leggari.
