Shelia Langton tells us what motivates her to take part in Dublin Simon’s Home Run each year

After picking up running in her mid-fifties to run a 10k before she turned 60, Shelia now frequents charity runs and is a regular at our Home Run event. She enjoys the relaxed and family friendly atmosphere on the day while supporting a great cause.
