Clinical Services: Support Worker

Meet Ezinne. Ezinne is a Support Worker in our Step-Up-Step-Down service, which supports people experiencing homelessness who are coming out of hospital with managing chronic illnesses like diabetes, wounds and respiratory conditions.
The service also supports clients to move on to accommodation, however this is becoming increasingly challenging as the housing crisis continues to spiral.
Ezinne discusses this and more, including the epiphany moment which saw her drop her media career to pursue a career in supporting the most vulnerable in our society.
