His selenium was above normal range but his Chromium was severely deficient. And on top of that he had heavy metal imbalances. I had severely low selenium at one point and I didn't display any Fibro symptoms. So I wouldn't think it's Selenium or JUST Selenium to be the cause. Thank you so much for your educational video's Dr. Burg. I watch one of your video's (not this one) by 'happen chance' it was on B1 deficiency. Anyways, it changed my life! No exaggerations! I've struggled with loosing my equilibrium since I was in my early 30's I'm now 59...over the years it got worse. I don't go to doctors...I just tried to figure things out myself with vitamins and nutritional supplements. Iodine seemed to help out. It wasn't until I watch your video when I put it altogether! I mean for years!!! I've profusely sweated and it got so bad I became VERY self conscious about it! Sweating and loosing my equilibrium was all part of having a B1 deficiency! I can't tell you how much you've changed my life! I'm not worried any more about all of sudden loosing my equilibrium...I literally kept a small bag of "over the counter meds" just in case I was out and about got dizzy it had decongestant, motion sickness, and Mucinex in it. I could go on...this knowledge has changed my life!

I had morning sickness when pregnant, sensitivity to smells in my childhood, such as, vomiting from the smell of a fabric, I had psychosis after each pregnancy, and currently dizziness when standing during Pilates.
I overcame morning sickness by eating every few hours at night. I would throw up bile, meaning I wasn't eating enough. My mother, a seamstress, would wash all the fabrics of new clothes before I wore them. My father would mince all my food to help me swallow it. He had the same swallowing difficulty, without being premature. Lyndon Smith stopped my inability to swallow, by getting me on a meat and vegetable diet. A Scandinavian study linked premature birth baby's inability to swallow to lack of essential fatty acids, given by mother to baby at ninth month of gestation. I had no more psychosis after getting off grains, nuts, seeds, and beans. I can eat them sprouted, meaning the enzymes that irritate the digestive tract, are no longer in effect. D3, K2, and B Vitamins, saved me. I could sleep, and my parasympathetic nervous system could engage.
Lyndon Smith believed the psychosis after childbirth was related to food allergy. Off fruits, dairy, grains, seeds, nuts, and beans, only three weeks, I was able to swallow.

QUESTION: Does this include core balance problems and tinnitus? I had read somewhere about the balance but is tinnitus sometimes connected to balancing? Like the whole auditory system? I’m having a hard time finding info. Oh, and fingernails associated with deficiencies, hoping you may have a video.

Risk factors include a diet of mostly white rice, as well as alcoholism, dialysis, chronic diarrhea, and taking high doses of diuretics. Rarely it may be due to a genetic condition that results in difficulties absorbing thiamine found in food. Wernicke encephalopathy and Korsakoff syndrome are forms of dry beriberi.👍

OH MY GOSH! I have every single solitary one of these symptoms except psychosis and Raynauds syndrome. I feel like such a hypochondriac but so many of this drs videos have my symptoms. 😂 I do have more health issues than most my age though. I have Graves autoimmune disease that caused me health problems because it was so bad for so long and no dr caught it before I was half dead! Took a PA with my cardiologist to find it.
Anyway, I’ve contributed most of my health problems just to my thyroid, which I had removed. Now, I’m beginning to truly believe it’s my poor diet!
My legs and ankles swell so bad. I’m anemic all the time for years. I just feel like crud every darn day! It’s miserable. I can barely raise my children. My air hunger gets really awful at times. I have a difficult time just showering and doing our laundry. It’s truly horrible to live this way.
So, I have gotten up the last two days because of this drs videos and I’ve prepared healthy meals for my family and myself! 🤞 this makes a change for us because I worry about my middle child who doesn’t like many foods and she’s not as healthy as my other two children. Noticeably unhealthier to be honest but she’s my sport fanatic so she really needs to eat well!
I’m so excited to see if better diet makes a difference for us! Thank you more than you know Dr Berg!!! 🙏❤️
