Also, One thing I wanted to stress that was not touched on in this interview was the demand for potassium really goes up on higher dose thiamine. I realized i was not getting enough potassium in my diet, and this lack def. contributed to my 'side effects' early on. He discusses this in some of his other videos. I'd suggest watching as many of his videos as possible before starting this therapy, so you have the best chance of success.

So glad you've chosen Elliot to be on a podcast. Personally I tried his supplement and saw no significant benefit and would recommend using your own empty capsules as it's quite a strong taste. But I've benefitted a lot from his videos, I've had success with using the cheap thiamine and benfotamine with glycine for CFS post external malaise ( air hunger) and side effects from a lot of antibiotic use including intravenous antibiotics. After years of having cold hands and feet benfotamine seems to keep that problem away.

Why is someone deficient, is there exposure, causing their deficiency. This is for someone that’s tried everything and is still so sick. A lot of people don’t think about re-exposure. If your not getting better your most likely constantly being re-exposed. Plus how long the exposure has been going on.
There is a different kind of Exposure that can come from “other people” even. Yes! I know that’s crazy if you didn’t know that or have never thought about it. Your home could be clean of mold, toxic fragrances, dirt/dust and chemicals but the person/persons you’re around at work or socially may have these things going on and re-exposing you to something you can’t detox.
Some people have a gene disruption where their body doesn’t allow them to detox properly making any kind of exposure harder on them. Their bodies, also hold onto things for a long time.
Besides the obvious exposures root canal’s, implants of any-kind and Breast implants (the shells are toxic plastic even says so now when you get them put in, you have to sign the paperwork that says so)
Mold is soooo common and you do not have to see it to have it. No-one is immune to mold if they are exposed. Some of us just get sicker than others from it. If a person has a moldy home in your around them all the time you’re exposing yourself that way. So technically you don’t even have to have mold in your own home/work

Look at “Thiamine Paradoxical reaction” on EOnutrition. Many people starting B1 megadoses therapy get worse before they start better.

Under eating fat ??? We need 1 gram fat per kilo body weight per day. The most common problem is overeating fat. So much oils today and oils are 100% fat. Dairy, red meat, French fries and so on. Just eat potatoes and vegetables nuts and seeds and bodies repair them selves or at least my body did.

Depends what fat. Fat is good for you. It feeds your brain. But stay away from the processed seed oils and focus on animal fat, butter, avocado, olive oil.

@ over eating fat is never good for anyone in combo with sugar it’s even worse. Getting too little fat these days with all processed food is impossible.
