    Great video! All humans actually have comparable numbers of melanocytes. Skin color is caused by varying levels of activity of the melanocytes. The more active melanocytes are, the darker the skin tone.

    Love all the effort and work you put into your videos. Thank you.
    A little miss I found about the amount of keratinocytes is that they are slightly less in number. Our teacher said it yesterday - they make up about 85% of the epidermis. But, she said, the numbers can vary greatly. ; Melanocytes make up about 10-25%, so I guess that keratinocytes wouldn't really be more than 90% looking at that =) cheers

    The skin divided in to two types Super ficial Faciae And Deep faciae,Super ficail faciae also known as Epidermis and Deep faciea known as Dermis .
    What you mean Hypodermis ?

    • @azanda02
      @azanda02 5 лет назад +1

      You obviously took biology in the 70s, you need to stay up to date. The three layers of the skin are the epidermis, dermis, and hypodermis which is the subcutaneous layer under the dermis.
