Love this. Thanks Eddie. Started skippin a month ago and can go 60 secs now without messing up with basic skip and boxer skip. Have been going 1/2hr to 1hr everyday but might be doing too much. Not an easy recovery at 66yrs old. Wish my body allowed me to skip more often and longer

You don’t need to skip for an hour non stop, maybe shorten them down to 15-20 mins of footwork and then focus on skills for same amount of time. When learning skills, they require less jumping!
