    I love running skip so I will do this one as part of my weekly skipping. I always try to do a 45min session 4 times a week.❤💪🏾

      ​​@@EddieJumpsplease use that clock where it makes a 3 seconds countdown and beep at the beginning and end of a round cos when a person skip its hard to keep track of the clock.❤🇿🇦💪🏾
