    If it comes to ANC fit is everything, I had Sonys wf-sp800n which I couldn't get the proper seal with (no matter the configuration) and ANC was non-existent, then I ordered both Jabra E7P and Soundcore L3P and stayed with Jabras. I was blown away by how well they fit into my ears. Even though this was exact reason why I went with Sonys the first time, because they had a silicon fin.

    Honestly, I'm yet to understand the complaint that the L3Ps are bulky...larger in size? yes...comparatively bigger than the Jabras? yes...but, in truth, the L3Ps are some of the most perfectly fitting buds I've tried on. I used the Jabra Elite 85t for days and I really couldn't stand them. They were a nuisance. I kept getting the feeling that they were about to fall off; I had to keep squeezing them back into my ears every so often. I even had to browse through online communities to see if I was the only one experiencing this issue. With the L3Ps (which I'm a proud owner), the fit is SO GOOD, it's almost as if they permanently interlock with the contours in your earlobes and, within minutes, you forget they're there. The fit is so secure that at one point I was chilling at a balcony on the 6th floor of an apartment, and I stuck my head out to look across the building without realizing I was risking losing one of the buds to the busy street below. You really forget you have them on, and the fit is so good that you hardly ever get any loose or insecure feeling when they're in your ears. The L3Ps win it for me, by a landslide!

    I have the 75T and the L3P. I am often in Teams/Zoom meetings. To me ANC is garbage on everything and I would never use it I always turn it off. My biggest gripe with the L3P is that it doesn't have a mic mute button. My biggest gripe with the Jabra is that it doesn't have a device disconnect, feature in the app. My PC is in my basement, when I go upstairs, using it with my phone it will be on the fringe of the bluetooth range and connect, disconnect, connect, disconnect until I walk downstairs and turn off the bluetooth connection on the computer. For me, the battery life on the L3P is not good enough to get through a workday where the Jabra is. For me the stock tips on the L3P make the sound shrill and fatiguing, when I use aftermarket dual density tips that I like, the tips often stay in my ears when I remove the L3P.

    I'm struggling to pick but I think I'm going to go with the Jabra. I have the 75ts now but lost one of them. Currently on Amazon the Jabra is $20 cheaper than the Liberty 3. There has also been a firmware update that gives the Jabra multipoint connectivity. I like the smaller form factor too since I use them in the gym and for yardwork. Passive noise cancellation is important to me (earplug effect). I don't do a lot of calling with the buds so not super high on my priority list. We'll see. Great review!

    @krunolider-bertovic8056 2 года назад +6

    Thanks for the video. I bought both earbuds and decided to keep the Jabra's.
    The L3P is probably better but I just cant get a good fit. ANC and passive noise canceling is just horrible because of it. I also prefer the actual buttons and the fact that when I switch between modes they actually announce which mode I am using.
    The L3P's also dont always start charging when you put them in the box, they click in but they dont start charging.
    Honestly, the L3P's are great if they fit your ear. I have a feeling that I have to return the better ones and go with the more expensive/worse version because they dont fit.
    ps. the microphone is better at the J3P's, when in a busy place they manage to kill a lot of background noise and the people you talk with hear less of it.

    Just got my Liberty 3's today and I love them. Am missing some nit picky stuff and they are more bulky than my previous jabra 75t pair. But I think its trade off for the better isolation. @Danjal987654321 2 года назад +2

      @@daraakinsooto7247 If by ambient mode you mean what Anker calls transparency mode, I can tell you that, like what many reviewers are on to, its not the best. The sound is loud enough, but its kinda flat. Like only the highs and some of the treble comes through. No bass at all. The ANC is really nice. But it doesn't cover everything. It removes all bass, and almost all treble leaving the highs coming though. So you can still hear most stuff around you, just not in the same noisy way. In some situations where you're in a different room, than where sound is coming from, since its mostly low tone coming through the walls, everything will be removed. I was walking in the mountains, with the ANC turned on, where all of a sudden a horse rider came walking past me from behind, that I couldn't hear at all. It also removes most of the sounds you get from wearing them, like when moving your head around or running. One down side (at least with my pair), is that while have ANC on there is a constant mild wind like sound, hissing in the background. You only think of it, if you stop to think of it, but I think it's worth a mention, since no one else has mentioned it. Maybe it's got something to do with the way that ANC works I don't know. That said I always thought ANC removed everything, that the world would vanish completely. That's not the case here, but toggling through the different modes, it is still way less noisy than the other having off. Hope I answered the question and didnt just rant XD

    I returned my Jabra Elite 7 Pros to Best Buy this weekend and ordered the Liberty 3 Pro. This was the 2nd pair of 7 Pros I returned as the 1st pair connected, disconnected, then I was never able to reconnect. The 2nd pair also had non stop connection issues where one bud would drop out and refuse to reconnect, requiring a factory reset on the buds. They would connect and work good, but then one would drop again. These were the 3rd model of Jabra I've owned through the years and had high hopes, but left disappointed. I read some Reddit posts where alot of people are having the same problem with the 7 Pro. That disappointed me further as I feel there's no way Jabra didn't know this was an issue before releasing them. I'm hoping the Liberty 3 pros live up to their online hype. Why the Jabra Elite 7 pro Mic quality isn’t keeping up with the L3P is because of the Sidetone functionality in the Mysound App. And also there is a call EQ in jabras.
    Did anyone tried a Mic test without using Sidetone ?!!

      It's tough...I would say in terms of strictly sound and ANC, I like the L3P. On the other hand, I like more compact size of the elite 7 due to my smaller ears. Really depends on your style, if you want something a little more simple and straight forward.. I'd say go elite 7. If you want the overall best bang for your buck with a ton of customization options, liberty 3 pro.

    "i listened to both of these extensively back to back and i can't pick a definitive winner"
    i honestly appreciate the "i frankly don't hear any meaningful difference" answer instead of pretending to have an opinion on something that you actually don't. most headphone reviewers really love to pretend to have some sort of sublime hearing fidelity that allows them to tell apart fine details of sounds between different headphones, but i'm 99% sure none of them would be able to actually pass a double blind placebo test.

      I have both and have recorded some videos with both of them with and without background noise. The Jabras are worse. If the room is quiet, there isnt a big difference. As soon as you add some background noise the L3P's are just much much better, they cancel a lot of the background noise - massive difference.
      I also had a couple of calls with people on both headphones and they all confirmed that the L3Ps are better.
