A new episode from the Dearest Lord of Darkness. I almost feel like we could call this series Gregtech: Slightly Newer Horizons. I appreciate the way the ATM devs have incorporated GT into a kitchen sink modpack. I'm playing ATM9 at the moment also on the side, and this is my first proper brush with GT. Its super confusing and very daunting to get started but you have helped me better understand the concept of the mod and how it works. I love seeing the world growing, with more and more things being added, and I am in awe of the amazing building skills of our Darkest Lord. PS, I now realise entering a staring contest with Lash is a horrible decision. I tried it, and ten minutes later I was lost in his beautiful eyes. A few hours later I awoke in a lab full of purple fluid. Beware! :P

GT being in a kitchen sink like atm9 is actually really nice since you can get the storage system and other automations going before the steam age even so the grind can go way faster :D

1 bucket is 1000 ml = 1 liter ... 9 litres of blood is still a lot tho

For highly efficient farms with tons of lilypads I'd recommend Hyperboxes, they replace compact machines or whatever the "1-chunk-in-a-block" mod was called. Profiling with the inbuilt mod told me that even ultra-fast crops have surprisingly little tps impact, but they probably have some fps lag associated. Could also be that the profiler is somewhat flawed. They also make for great spent nuclear waste disposal sites, just pump it into a barrel in the box and break+replace it every once in a while. The resulting radiation may have adverse health effects, but ongoing testing on villagers is inconclusive.
Radioactive waste causing health issues? Buffaw! This must be a lie. All my medical sources (experts in health and medicine), assure me that nuclear waste is perfectly safe for humans and animals. I am a politician, so there's absolutely no reason I would lie about this.
Hybperbox?
Is lilypad's lag client-side or server-side? If client-side you can throw it in hyperbox/space/whatever, but if it's server-side then no. Oh and you can tps profile per-dimension, i forgot the command.

As a democratic citizen of Darkness Ville, I think the pit would be a suitable place for meteor showers.
Titanium should have a loop that recycles all of the other inputs except for rutile. Electrolyzing carbon monoxide and magnesium chloride dust gives carbon and magnesium/chlorine respectively.
Ahh beautiful LCRs. As someone who is currently playing the technological journey modpack, I have to build hundreds of them (literally) :D. The parallel control hatch will help tremendously with your ore processing problems, I would recommend always using the highest tier you have access to. I like my character in the graveyard btw :) Necromancy. Sounds like democracy. Maybe I can hold the elections?

0:30 you don t need 27 atm stars. There is an atm bee that will produce atm star shards that you can use to get an infinite ammount of atm stars. For that bee you only need 18 stars. 19 if you need to craft an infinite energy sourse for mekanism anti matter or something.

FINALLY some more magic mods, and one of the cooler mods at that(Life essence is such a cool name /s), but not the best. That tittle will always be for Thaumcraft. Man I can wait when it will finally be ported to 1.20
since this version of GregTech is from the devs of GTCEu, I assume higher voltage would result in higher chance of byproduct, and the least time for a recipe to be process is 1 tick in GregTech (just like IC2), so 2×EV seems to be max speed already
Parallel control hatches increase the amount done per recipe operation, so instead of doing 1 item/t it does 4 (or 16, 64, etc)

Hi son. Why don.t you add runes to the corners of the first layer? Maybe test it with a capacity rune but i remember it works on the lvl 2 altar corners aswell

if a machine is at 1 tick, it will stay at 1 tick or it doubles the processing amount (i.e. 16 items -> 32 items)
Why hot ingots don't cool down in water? It's obvious. Water is not at HV

I know this is WAY out of date but it might help future viewers:
If you want a water source I would *always* recommend the EvilCraft Eternal Water Block. It creates infinite water at MAX_INT (2.1 billion millibuckets per tick). There's nothing that can pump faster as that's the maximum speed for Minecraft Java. Also, because the pump is integrated you just put the block against anything that accepts water and it is instantly full - forever! Throw out those bulky kitchen sinks! 😁

I have one question. It earlier versions of Blood magic you could use the corner stones of the second Tier blood altar if you reached Tier 3. Did it change in the newer versions so you cannot use it anymore?
And my Lord I have an inquiry. A plead if you wish. I want to be one of your guards but not any kind of guard. I want to be a Bellethorn with roots around your base! So that you are guarded every step of your quest.

I love your Blood Magic setup; so far in FTB IE there hasn't been a huge need for BM crafts so it's just the one altar w/suffering. It's sufficient, for now. Also, I was thinking you would be awesome at doing mod spotlights, I'd love see that if you ever feel like creating those.
My preference would be the giant hole; it's very fitting for a meteor strike. Maybe there's a ritual to stop raining - like that little guy from Botania can. And you can always swap out the granite and dripstone.
A machine cannot normally process faster than a tick, but it might process more per tick instead.

Hello Lord of Darkness. I've used the same method for crafting slates, however i noticed a problem which messed up my craftings: the crafting emitter will emit a redstone signal when the item specified is being crafted. HOWEVER it will not emit a signal if the crafting request is done by the system. what i mean is basically this: if you request 10 slates , the emitter will output a signal, however if you request 10 runes and the system needs to craft 20 slates, the emitter will not output the signal.

Put the guards in a teleport cage. Ars teleport 4 barriers in a 6 block long 1 block wide 1 block deep teleport barrier. If they try to get out of their square they just get reset to the middle.
