Estimated Lord of Darkness, there's a carpet from the "Utilitarian" mod that makes the wandering trader spawn next to it, that way it doesn't get in your way all the time but you still can check its trades.
EDIT: For your unglamorous vent-crawling adventures (14:35) there's the Personal Shrinking Device (from the Tips & Tricks chapter). You can get very very small/big.
oh nice, I knew about the carpet which disables the spawning, but not about this one.
so is it like in every chunk? i mean 1 carpet per loaded chunks? i think i like that lovely solution
@@Lashmak range is configurable, check "world/serverconfig/utilitarian-server.toml" it seems to be 6 chunks by default.
12:49 to use pottery sherds, you craft a decorated pot but replace the bricks with the sherds in the arrangement you want.

@@Lashmak Yes but breaking the pot will give back the bricks and sherds used to craft it IF you use a sword, otherwise it will give back the pot.
I don t think you need 2 builders to automate the meteor ritual. There is a filter from rftools for that builder and you can use it for example to blacklist obsidian in that area or something so the builder doesn't mine it.
Or you could prob put an allthemodium ore as the center block since the builder won't break it
@@hacatu - As stated by the blood magic book if the block it lands on isn't obsidian the explosion isn't absorbed like we see in the video.

The constant light update of the furnace can cause lag, if you put some torches or light sources around it; it will stop it

With integrated dynamics there is a way to make a block breaker with one of those fortune 10+ picks with apo gems. Was using a allthemodium pick with the apo modifier that makes it break a 5x5 and fortune gems together with formation planes to place the ores. I think the it was the player world interface (or whatever needs all the other interfaces in the recipes) to use it on the blocks together with a chest containing the pick with a storage interface.

Cataclysm mobs can be put into Mob Yoinkers, and can be farmed by drygmies. All of them, even the bosses.
Amethyst altar for amethyst crab meat, gives it better buffs.

You could try using the shrinking device to squeeze in between the floors of your space station. You can even squeeze between 1x1 with pipes at the smallest size iirc.

Here is an idea for the meteor. Just a theory but. Silk touch and put down a AllTheModium ore instead of the obsidian. It cant be mined by machines, so it might survive the meteor strike, and you would only need one builder for the setup. Again, just a theory.

my dear lash you can use modular routers and the mine card (you make the card with a netherite pick and fortune 8 so the card has fortune 8 and the mining level of the pick) then you can just use speed upgrades in the router and import the items from it into the ae2 i used a similar method but i used integrated dynamics and mekanism for ore processing
also you can use a personal shrinking device to shrink yourself (or make you bigger) so you could fit 1 gap blocks
by the way! there are some more addons to farmers delight (nether ocean and end delight. you can literally cook ender dragon eggs )

@@Lashmak the best I could get is fortune 8 i also used the 'unusing' enchant on the miners for safety measures so if its on 1 durability it won't break (i didn't set up the mending repairing i need to build rooms and stuff and I'm not the best at building :/)
Using botania and corail tombstone, you can duplicate the enchantments you have on books. Using the enchanter from botania, you can enchant any item (with compatibility I think, it might be worth a test). Then you can disenchant it and the book has no increased enchanting cost other the cost the enchantment itself gives. It can increase the enchantment level you can achieve before getting into super high experience costs, but it also requires a significant amount of mana. Might be helpful for getting super strong yields from the disassemblers or maxing gear or whatever
Honestly until I made the kekomuris I didn’t have enough mana. Now that I have mana I don’t need enchantments 😂 it’s really hard to balance between things for some reason. I mean enchanter was literally my plan from the start but suddenly it became redundant :(

Try doing sort of a challenge - create an intricate tower with dungeon of many levels, so that everything that absolutely requires automation - remained in the same one chunk. Except maybe for the most server-heavy things like storage. And all the magic bits and bobbles and what not (which doesn't require chunkloading) - scattered all around. Make the ULTIMATE TOWER OF TEH DARK LORD
i like that idea. although i tried it once in mceternal. it was super laggy lol

To use the pottery sherds you need to craft place them in the edges of the crafting grid with a sherd or a brick for a blank side

Yes you could've used a ladder, but that's boring. The elevator is very slow and inefficient but we don't care about that!
Oh, yesterday I was setting up a Gaia arena and I learned about Botania's Abstruse Platform; if you don't know it, check it out. You can walk through them, walk over them, sneak to go down and shift to go up them, they can be masked as other blocks or made invisible with mana glass! (I suspect they won't be air tight)
You can craft a decorated pot from 4 Pottery Sherds; it looks like the regular pot but has decorations on the sides depending on the sherds you used.
I've never charged the Configurator... is it required in this pack?

@@LashmakI'm pretty sure that at least in most pack, I have not charged the configurator. In ATM9 does it consume power or does it remain fully charged? If it drains, I wonder if it still works when empty.

- while crafting the pots, replace the bricks with the shards to have the design on the pots
- a shrinking device will be helpful for wiring in the space station. with that device, darkness shall finally reach every crack and crevice in your world

2. You craft pottery shards with the pot in a crafting table

Good morning! Is it possible for you to make the gregtech quark tech suit along with the mekasuit? (As they are both based off original ic2 suit) for completeness sake :D the office looks great! Missing some acid pools though lol. The meteor automation was a reminder of the kappar season 1 incident: “Where’s the obsidian…” boom :D I miss the multiplayer fun sometimes :(

i dont think you can name the multiblocks. i mean you can name blocks in general but once you place it down, the name will be gone. can i intreset you in a block of the finest tungstensteel, forged in the heart of darkness?

Lash has 148K ingots of copper. The standard weight of a single ingot us 9.1kg. The mass of 🗽 is 225 tons. This means he has enough copper to make 6 of them.
What you need to compare is the volume; one block of copper is 1m³ (yes, Metric because in another unit it would be 35.3147 and nobody wants that) so you need to calculate the volume of the statue and then you know.

If you prefer, there is a mod called "Shrink", It will make you tiny (or gigant) to fit in that cable gap.
