Second time watching your video cycling through Namibia, AFTER seeing your video returning home to the Netherlands. As the tv commentator noted, really spectacular drone footage. With the added music and Namibia's beautiful landscapes, really a masterpiece; thanks Niels and hats off from Nambia. 🙏💖🌄🌍🎊
Sooo LOVE that you have Johnny Clegg on your video. I'm South African and he is one of our country's music legends. RIP Johnny. Forever a part of Africa.
This video is a real masterpiece, not only because of the incredibly beautiful scenery, but also because of your amazing perseverance and energy that you invested in this venture, and the expert selection of background music, which all adds up to an incredible atmosphere. Only someone who is a true lover of nature can do that. I appreciate your work, kudos !
Hi Niels, so nice to see how far you have travelled! At around 6:39 you started driving from Omaruru past our Guest Farm, where you even camped. So funny to see this video now and not knowing that you camped on my parents farm 😂 keep up the good spirit! Regards from Namibia 🇳🇦
Hello Nils, I've done bike tours myself and seen many, many bike tour videos. Your videos and again this one are an extra class. Ok, no social contacts and such but in terms of landscape they are excellent. But I think you know that too. I admire, yes I admire your courage with which you drove through Africa. You are an exceptional talent in terms of taking this risk as well as in terms of video recording and editing. It's a shame that more people haven't found your videos yet. They are masterpieces. Thank you very much Bernhard
Your heart and soul speaks. This is so pure.... And thanks for letting the landscape choose soundtrack 😉 I don't know what you have been through in order to embark on this journey. But I've seen you grow from a boy to a Man during these videos. And this Namibia video showed me that you've already grown into a grandfather. I bless u as I would bless an elder...
Popular people can millions of views and real people who do something extraordinary are being mostly ignored. It is so sad. I have seen it on TikTok; a black American boy can draw the most beautiful drawings, he gets only 86 subscribers. And popular beautiful girls has 4.3 million subscribers and she just films her daily boring life.

Thanks a lot for taking us along on your spectacular journey: the landscapes, the drone footage and the music mix, together with sharing your bicycling and hiking experiences and hardships. I identified a lot with your experiences: Was also a cyclist when younger, climbed the Brandberg for my 21st birthday, etc. Found your wild camping experiences interesting too. Safe travels and lots of blessings on your journeys through our beautiful Namibia and around the world.
I never thought bare rocks could be so beautiful must be awesome by bike as I had to wizz past in a camping truck tour please be careful about the animals we were warned snakes like to sneak under the tent at night and it is a very long way to the hospital with no rescue helicopters in Namibia ps are you going to bike up Dune 45????
Very nice footage, especially from the top of Die Brandberg... Lovely country, lovely people, Swakopmund and some cold beer next stop.. Enjoy, and drop by in Hermanus, close to Cape Town.. 🇿🇦

Besides buying water at shops and gas stations, anyone travelling by car will stop and ask our cycling hero weather or not he has enough water. I heard that from another Dutch cyclist who went to Namibia, Erik Schuijt. Erik has a shop of cycling holiday touring in Amsterdam, the Vakantiefietser shop.
Incredible video! Amazing photography and journey. Where are you getting your water from? And food? Would love a little peek into your stops, food and what you make for meals...do you cook a warm meal on a stove? You must have a lot of water to carry! Thanks for sharing your wonderful adventures!
Thanks a million for sharing your great adventure Niels, you are almost in SA ,the Kapp to Cape dream is achieved.Kudos P.S I hope you make it to Australia before I fly back to Tanzania 🙂🙂
Amazing drone shots and great editing! Strong work. I'm honored to be one of your patrons. I think you are home now so might you ever consider doing a Zoom one night with your supporters?
Great filming! Drones really make these kinds of films and you seem skilful using it. Must take quite some time to edit? Music is good… maybe a little less music to give what I imagine the feeling of silence and remoteness. Well done!

Welcome to Thailand
I was watching interested in practical information, like where did you find water? Food?
Where do you get all the electricity for the drone?
Where can I find this guitar version that starts at 3:05?
When camping, did you consider that there are lions in Namibia?
I was this thinking the same, how did he just camp on the road side or in the Bush in a national park 😳🫣
Do you worry about crocodiles when washing in rivers?

What or who would eat him . He’s not allowed into the game parks. The worst he could have come across are elephants in the Ugab river at Brandberg.
