Met a guy online and within a few months stopped reading my bible, watching Christian shows and all my time was spent on him. Two years later I barely remembered what I had previously learned from the Word. We split and I realized I just failed a test. Man is gone and I am delving back into the Word...thank God. I can't believe I did that. Now I know all the time I wasted and back to square one ughhh!!!! DEar God don't let me fail again!
I did the same. The guy was not for me from day one.. but I really liked him and I thought I would change him 😅.. but I almost changed myself, began to live as I had never lived before (almost everything was against God). It’s good that God helped me out of that relationship.

Wow! I usually do not read the comments, but this one was met for me to read. I too met an amazing 👏🏾 man online and can I tell you that he checked every last box on my list, down the the specific height! Not to be shallow, but he had every thing I asked for, but he had mental illness, because I still haven't completed the task, God asked me to do. Not to mention... I haven't let go of the wrong man that refuses to let me go!

I did move and started over with my life and achieved so much and also personal achievements.I've been staying with people that are very religious.I even stopped smoking and drinking.Been clean for a year.4 years Narc free and single and working on myself everyday.But the one thing that keeps coming back to me is I need to FULLY forgive and let go of the EGO, cause vengence is mine sayeth the Lord.Pray for me so I can reach this level.🙏

I've been single for the past 9 years. Was previously married. My son's dad has remarried since but I haven't met anyone. I have also been celibate for the past 9 years. Men, God fearing or not, don't generally vest an interest in me despite being a kind, intelligent, loving person, beautiful on the outside and inside, person. And I'm saying this with a humble heart. When I approach them, they run. I've just made peace with the fact that maybe I'm one of those people that need to be on their own. As God intended. And yes, the bible does say there's nothing wrong with people on your own.

This hits! God has been in my life my entire life. I didn’t listen for a number of years but after an ugly divorce and healing with God, I picked up my children and moved us across the country to start fresh! To a location I had never been, didn’t know a soul, but I listened and it was the best decision! I am still in preparation for my King..but enjoying the journey and making the life happen God has always encouraged me to live. ❤
Oh my Gosh! Oh my Gosh!!! Exact thing happened to me!! Grew up in Fl also!!! Palm Beach!!! I thought God told me to move also. Now i live in Mt!!! From 23 million to 1 million people! No friends, always in the house, the love of my life here dumped me!!! For no reason. No men are here and now thinking of moving . Lol. Its still messed up. Ur right. Cant let go. I would add one more thing:
You need to learn how to be happy while you're lonely.
Love will not make your happy. Love can make you happier but you need to establish some level of happiness first.
Otherwise you will become a hostage of that person - which has nothing to do with love
God hit me with this too. Im constantly in recovery seasons because I do not fully surrender. He is a good Father correcting my behavior

this just happned with me i havent been living with my kids father for years over 5 years and i finally initiated the divorce papers. it took 6 months. he didnt even show up to court. and theres this guy that has been eyeing me who didnt know my situation either. and i finally clicked in my head like what am i doing. blocking my blessing from not divorcing this man. im finally free. and haven been healing

That sounds like me he is speaking to. I know I need to write a book maybe even more then one but the book writing is an overwhelming overtaking! I have too many distractions mostly being my jobs. The guy I am presently interested in has written a book and is trying to sell it , he writes articles besides the book and also has his job. He gets so consumed with that that it takes priority .
Me I wish it was easier to compose a book so I could move on to other things.
I also may have the situation where I could be dealing with the wrong man. But my time is so limited I don’t have a lot of time for investing in men unless they are helping to support me so I can accomplish other things. Even the one I like now doesn’t want to make a commitment.
So all this advice is right on. Stephen you are so realistic about our Fears.

Wrong location? ... hm 🤔🤔 I pray that was not the case . I felt God has brought me back full circle. I know that for sure spiritually. Before exiting my toxic relationship 10 years ago ... God had me go through a wilderness moment ... while in that relationship, I left my home town only for that relationship to finally fall apart . I moved back home in 2015 five years later... God sent me someone that was not meant to be in my life ( I know this now) but at a time in my singleness and healing to show me unhealed parts of myself... that I finally made peace with in my heart. Also God used that person to hurt me while God used me to heal his wounds. It was a divine assignment. I'm ok if I never meet my person, but I know God has me where he wants me to be.

I feel like when I get to know someone they will not like me anymore. Because I have health issues and I can’t live a normal productive life.
I know some things were addressed in the video, like addressing the fear, and talking to God.
But can you make a video about how to improve self worth?
Basically I feel when the person gets to see and know the real me he will not be interested anymore. The outside image is different from my inner (true) life. I have accepted it for myself personally but I feel that a partner would not find my lifestyle to be attractive.

The man won't leave me alone. I will block him and he will pop up at my house, hoping to see me. I told him God has shown me something that I have struggled with about my relationship with the Holy Spirit and God made it clear for me and now I want to cut all ties with this man because I am not right in my actions towards God with him. And he doesn't care. He doesn't love himself, let alone me or God. This is over.

Your insight on relationships is similar to Islam. We have to believe in the timing of GOD, work on ourselves, find our purpose GOD created us to be, and not put anyone over GOD - including our parents, spouse, or children.
