What a clever detail is the difference between the Chorus and the Vibrato texts, subtly highlighting the presence or lack, respectively, of the Dry signal! Nice job as always!!
I love that you have a passion and obsession with pedals like any good artist you a little sick in the head obsessions are crucial for artists to create
It's interesting that vibrato has become a very "modern" sound because it's not as steeped in an era like so many other effects (chorus and flange for example)
@JHSPedals ?Will the Box It Later be made for public consumption 🙏 saw it on Voldermort's board sandwiched between a klon,TS10, and another TS10. Sob rocking away he was
@@jhspedals Thanks. That’s cool having same structure to the Uni-vibe in a small box. I think I’m gonna try the Unicorn. I hope music stores in my town have got one. Actually, I’m from the country where Uni-vibe came from. :-)
And then someone at Fender called their Vibrato bar a Tremolo … without looking it up in the dictionary which would have filled in the small but vacuous space in the cerebral “word retention” area . If only EVH had been around then, at least it might have been called a Whammy 😂😂😂. 🎸👨🏼⚕️🫶✌️♾️
Ya know...if you plug in your 100 watt Marshall amp and put the 4X4 speaker stack under the wifes side of the bed facing up and use that effect...she'll let you play loud all night long 😉😁
Hate chorus, most modulation just sounds like crap to me . Wouldn't pay a dime for it . Pls make an authentic sounding spring reverb with true drip that doesn't cost a million bucks
For me, this channel is at its best when it is educating and teaching history… and jamming.
Thank you for educating the world.. about pedals!

Duno if it's just me that's the nicest vibrato and chorus I've ever heard

What about the vibrato in the magnatone amps
Vibrato mode of Unicorn sounds similar to this? What’s different from Emperor V2 in vibrato mode? I prefer organic pitch modulation.
the unicorn is bulb-driven, meaning there's a lightbulb in the pedal surrounded by photo-sensors and it's more warbly than the emperor.

Can you make and sell a retro styled JHS uni vibe, please?
Are you joking?
Release the Fumio interview ✨🫠✨
The ondes martinot had vibrato and made its debut in 1928. I admit there's nowhere to plug in a guitar but even so...
You are a mod kinda guy Josh
Somewhere, on a distant, out of focus island, Boards of Canada pricked up their ears...
It was actually invented by Fartypecker Higuchi
but is it worth the hype?
Those who know, know

That thing my mum keeps under her bed
Is that a clean signal in your pocket? Or are you just fully wet?
