Hello Dr. Mathena Garu, I am very impressed with all your videos. I tend to watch almost all your videos but never expressed my gratitude. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the time and effort you invest in making these evidence based videos and imbibing knowledge in those who are watching your videos. I have some questions for you which you may be able to answer in your future videos. I would really appreciate if you can please shed some light on these. 1. I heard that Goat Milk is better than Cow or Buffalo Milk. Is this true? If it is, can anyone at any age can start to consume Goat milk perhaps? 2. I also heard about Fox Nuts( Makhana) acting as a sedative especially if consumed as a smoothie with dates before going to bed. Soaking 1 cup of fox nuts and 2 dates in water for few hours and then making it a smoothie with milk. I actually tried this and each time I drink this smoothie 1 hour before bed, I would sleep better. Is it possible for you to please shed some light on fox nuts? 3. In one of your videos, you suggested to have 2 brazil nuts a day. I heard that consuming 2 brazil nuts on a regular basis could lead to increased saturated fats? Is that possible? Also, Pecans, Macadamia nuts and Hazelnuts are high in saturated fats. Is this true even after soaking these nuts overnight before consuming? If possible, would you be able to provide your insight on these nuts? I would really appreciate your response. Thank you!
