Using S/4 HANA to solve a business problem is like going to Fortnum & Mason for afternoon tea because you feel thirsty. No one ever got fired for buying IBM err, I mean SAP
So I work 37-40hours a week as a Lidl warehouse contracted employee and because I had time off work for family issues in the span of 2-3 months they taken those days of my monthly wage and gonna take those days off next month as well then if i leave I’ll owe the company 28 days (£3-4K) so I don’t get paid for the working days or holidays pay or the wage that working month but the working days pay off my absences… is that legal? If so how do I get out of the contract without paying them a penny

Eric sorry, You never talk about Sap Business One. In italy I often propose it for SMEs. Do you consider this a low-quality ERP?
Can you please advise and show me the roadmap to be an expert in SAP. I have 5 basic certificates, and I need to advance to be a my career. Thank you.
