You were spot on . I personally didn't like that the navigation ... Excel type filters not provided which saves lot of time. Infor has it and scraping already. Thank you alot for being so truthful all the way, hope sap recovers, from forced migrations to a sought after update ❤
Eric I like your presentations as a S/4 HANA FICO consultant. I believe what you mentioned is spot on. Though I still feel that Agile ( activate methodology) approach is good from consulting perspective because business users get used to the S/4 HANA tool earlier and turnaround time is less as compared to previous ASAP methodology. Though this video is informative but really harsh on big consulting firms :) . Also the part you mentioned on value realization may be improved because clients are very smart they make sure the S/4 HANA product are used optimally when they flow their RFP/RFQ. Overall good presentation mate. Thank you!
Great content Eric. I've been around longer than you and your comments crysatlise best practice vendor / SI implementation guidlines wether SAP or other System / ERP. Thanks.
I have question. I was trying to find someone who can advise me on how to learn to be a specialist or consultant in SAP? I have 5 basic SAP certificates but I need to get more advanced and get higher jobs. Thank you.
So if I asked you „ Should I get an SAP Activate C_22 (or whatever)“ certificate. Would you say no to it? Also, what do you think of SAP‘s free resources like Open SAP to just learn sort of the system and its implementations?
Your video is more focused on criticism of Integration partner...When you say IP is concern about its revenue..of course he would be...because he is not running charity show.. most of your comments are very generic....example excess deployment.let me tell you .those days over...all implementations are with optimal resources.. You are also actually not concerned about Client but by showing IP AND also SAP in bad light, scaring client you are promoting your own Business of TP consulting.. You have not touched on major issues like major scope changes by client in middle of a implementation, incompetent BPOs, delays is approvals, infighting, reluctant to following standard SAP process... etc...etc Answer is easy if you start pointing at client side issues then no one will hire your services...on thing is sure everyone is here to make money..
As PM in a S4 Hana implementation this is pure gold...thank you very much!
100% agreed: I think from my experience the risks mentioned are pretty system independent.

Do you guys only do enterprise level consulting or could I get you to consult me personally as a PM?
this is excellent !

Only if that helps you to get any rise in remuneration or an essential for getting picked up for the project...
great video! Thank you
Awesome!👍
The main risk is to write S/4HANA in wrong way like S4/HANA

Very Generic rant on the risks which are common across technology stacks not limited to SAP
