I am going to join a new challenge in a position of CIO of a government entity in Saudi Arabia
Let’s say start up just two years old they don’t have any infrastructure yet
they will establish a new ERP
problem there is no processes no detailed strategy NO strong governance
only high-level strategy
what do you think , the most important things to start with and how big do you think would be the challenge
