- In this episode we show you have to replace your worn out oil pump in your Yamaha warrior 350 motor. We recommend an oem pump for this replacement part and always do your research on aftermarket parts before you buy them. Make sure you have gaskets and other pieces you need for install. It is also a great idea to replace your clutch at this time if yours look

Does the oil go through the pump then to the filter
hey i have a `98 big bear 350, i changed the oil and oil filter, but shes not getting oil to the head. changed the oil pump as well and its still not pumping oil up. im thinking theres a blockage somewhere in the oil line, or the oil cooler lines, any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated thanks, you guys are awesome.
I would start with checking your lines, something as simple as blowing air through them. After that, check all the oil passages inside the motor. Have see a few get plugged up with gasket maker. Maybe that's why I rarely use it
Is the for a yamaha xt 225 or ttr 230 ?, look very the same
Is this the same for a yamaha big bear 400?
The pump is the same layout to the cases are also close
Where does the 2nd woodruff key go the half moon I put it on an the gear that aligns with the oil pump but it doesn’t spin seems stuck

no they should not i would take it back apart something is missing

Did anyone else just put it back together with the electric impact and send it 🤷♂️
i have personally but have to show the right way and in some cases can save time later to do it right the 1st time
I been a mechanic long enough to know tourque is just a number for warranty 🤣
