how do you get into the middle earth towers?

you put it down on your housing preferences, there's a place you can put your ideal living locations and request MIddle Earth Towers. No housing is guaranteed but UCI is pretty good at accommodating your preferences. But keep in mind that next year only first years will be allowed to live in the towers and they're going to only be Quads.
