What is the type of the battery and where should I purchase it from

Hi resister got damage where do I get a replacement
For 10k ohm ntc resistor, I got mine from here(you can buy it from ebay, it's cheaper, must be ntc not the normal 10k ohm resistor) www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B079129JZ5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
What is the bettery type and number if any one wants to identify or buy could you pls mention
I assume that a generic 18650 battery with 5A output like in your typical laptop would work just fine, the comment above suggested that they're using Sony VTC5A
is there any option without battery we can direct plug the current to Philips Lumea Precision Plus SC2006

you should send it ack to them since it doesn't work as they are the ones replacing the batteries. It should be under warranty. Maybe email or call them up and ask for their advice.
Hi where can I buy the battery from
You can either get it from the vape shop. Or if you are from the UK you can get it from an online shop called Fogstar
