Stan is kind of a grey area villain. He takes a bit too much joy in killing bugs, but at the same time he is providing a service to people. Stan should have just been scared off instead of being shrunken deformed.
@@majormccoy2659 precisely, they should've at least tried to reason with Beals, for all we know he was probably like Lucas once but never got any help for it, in fact I theorize that perhaps he was victimized by insects as a child so now he harbors a kind of hatred for them. there are lots of insects that cause real harm if provoked, either by accident or intentional.

Surprisingly i found a 4 plot holes first of all when he mocked lucas in sexual way why didn't lucas told his parents or even the police about that? Second of all when stan was got ready for killing the ants surprisingly he just stand there and did nothing third of all after he got shrunk in his right side he still had his rifle so why he didn't just took it and killed the wasps? Fourth of all when he stole the bicycle he could have just use it to get back into his van so why he didn't did that?

Even tho I felt bad as a kid when he got all deformed, I still cracked up hella hard, especially that long scream.
I just found it funny how he never Looked close enough to see if that was Lucas instead of a bug On his nose.
